Smallville’s Season V, best of 5
Among the 22 episodes of the 2005-06 season are some of the show’s very best. The original premise was all but upended, but having already strayed so far from the “official” history of Superman, Smallville continued to engage in revisionism with favorable results. - Rhea.
I totally agree with Rhea (read her full review). I think last season was the best. It had everything - action-packed episodes; tear-jerker (remember ‘Reckoning’); supervillains; deceptions; new friendships/broken bonds.
I wanted to wait for the DVD set to come out cheaper at Walmart, but Amazon.com actually has a better deal!
